Will it print?
What to feed the Creality Ender 3 V3
Best filament for the Ender 3 V3
Creality's own Hyper PLA was tuned for this generation of their machines: 190-230 °C with 220 °C recommended, and it's the default spool for V3 and K1 owners. Generic PLA runs fine too; this printer isn't fussy.
Can it print ABS?
It's on the menu, and the numbers work: 300 °C of nozzle and a 110 °C bed cover ABS fully. Open air is still the enemy, so box the printer in, ventilate, and expect some tuning. If that sounds like homework, PETG delivers most of the toughness with none of it.
TPU on the V3
Fine, at TPU's own pace. Slow down, calm the retraction, pick a 95A spool, and it prints cleanly.
