Polycarbonate runs 260-290 °C, but the Voron 2.4 (DIY) stops at 270 °C. Printable, just without the hotter half of the range.

The Voron 2.4 (DIY) is a closed box, so Polycarbonate cools slowly and evenly instead of warping.
Keep the spool dryMaterial
Polycarbonate soaks up moisture from the air, and damp filament prints rough and stringy. If that happens, dry the spool at 80-90 °C for 6-8 h and store it sealed with desiccant.
Buying the CF version of Polycarbonate?
Carbon-fiber filament sands down the Voron 2.4 (DIY)’s stock nozzle. Plain Polycarbonate is fine; for the CF variant, fit a hardened steel nozzle first (a cheap swap).
