The Bambu Lab A1 Mini is open to the room, and PA6 (Nylon 6) warps and cracks in open air. Small parts can survive; for anything bigger, add an enclosure (even a grow tent or a box over the printer helps).
Use the lower end of the bed rangePrinter
Some PA6 (Nylon 6) spools ask for up to 110 °C on the bed; the Bambu Lab A1 Mini reaches 80 °C. Set the bed near 80 °C and add a glue stick if corners lift.
Keep the spool dryMaterial
PA6 (Nylon 6) soaks up moisture from the air, and damp filament prints rough and stringy. If that happens, dry the spool at 70-90 °C for 12-16 h and store it sealed with desiccant.
