Yes, with a couple of cautions. Open bed slinger, sold with the ACE Pro multi-color box.
TPU works on the Anycubic Kobra 3, mind a couple of things
Feeding quirk on this printerPrinter
The ACE Pro (the multi-color box) cannot feed TPU; it bends inside the feed channel. Print TPU single-color from the printer’s own spool holder, 95A hardness or firmer.
Direct drive, good for flexiblesPrinter
The Anycubic Kobra 3’s motor sits right on the print head, which is what soft filament needs. Keep speed down around 20-40 mm/s and turn retraction low.
Keep the spool dryMaterial
TPU soaks up moisture from the air, and damp filament prints rough and stringy. If that happens, dry the spool at 50-60 °C for 6-12 h and store it sealed with desiccant.
Safe starting ranges for TPU as a family, not gospel. Each spool below has its exact manufacturer numbers, the dated source, and one-click slicer settings on its page.
